Why COD is Unavailable?

To protect our genuine, handcrafted crystals and ensure fair pricing, we accept prepaid orders only. COD often leads to refused deliveries, damage, and increased costs. Secure online payments help us serve you better.

How will I know if my order is successful?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and estimated delivery timelines.

How do we ensure safe delivery?

We use secure, multilayered packaging to ensure your products reach you safely. To process any damage or transit-related claims, an end-to-end unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is mandatory. Without this complete video, we will be unable to assist with claims or return/refund, as required by courier policies.

Is your payment gateway secure?

Absolutely. Our payment gateway is highly secure, and we prioritize your privacy by ensuring complete protection of your personal and payment details.

What is your delivery time?

For Mumbai: 2-3 working days (or earlier). For locations outside Mumbai: 4-6 working days.

How can I cancel my order?

Order Cancellation & Refunds
• Email your cancellation request to contact@goldenquartz.studio with your Order ID
• Cancellations via WhatsApp, calls, or DMs will not be accepted
• Orders can be cancelled only before shipping
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled; delivery may be refused
• Refunds (if eligible) are processed after inspection and applicable deductions
•⁠ ⁠Refunds will be processed only if the item is unused, in original condition, and meets our return policy.
• Refunds reflect within 7–10 working days.
